I cannot recommend Jon highly enough. This was not a typical home sale—it was a complex transaction involving me serving as the owner’s legal representative. Both the owner and I live out of state. Despite the sale taking place during a slower, off-peak season, he successfully secured the best possible price for the property. His market knowledge and negotiation skills truly stood out.
